Enter your User ID and Password                         

From Home page, go to the Input tab and click on Input

Under Listings, go to the “Quick Modify” section and enter your MLS # and edit

In Select Form you will go to Open Houses

You will enter the date of the tour you want your home on.

Time will be from 9:00 to 11:00 am.

Active status is “yes”

Under Open House Type, it is very IMPORTANT to make sure you pick “CARAVAN”  (This is the only way we can find it to enter your property on the tour).

Course description

The purpose of this course is to familiarize the real estate professional with the most commonly used sales contract in a residential real estate transaction. This class provides an in depth analysis of various aspects of the TREC1-4 contract. It discusses the structure and nature of a residential contract along with agent responsibilities. The class teaches on basic liability theories arising from the TREC one to four contract. The class also teaches the real estate agent best practices when using the 1-4 contract as well as contract do’s and don’ts.

Course Description:

After this class, students will know the difference between appraisals and comparative market analyses, as well as important vocabulary used in appraisals and CMAs so that they can interpret a property appraisal and identify the factors used to create it. They will learn to distinguish the differences in land descriptions and how they are determined and be able to explain to someone how subdivisions are recorded. Instructors will show how to apply the historical background information about the general land office to their practice. Course description

This course by Candy Cooke is a follow up on hot topics. This session examines current hot issues based upon changes in guidelines, policies, and procedures from TREC, state and/or federal sources. Topics include challenges to affordable private homeownership; how agents and brokers provide advocacy for the consumers; changes to real estate contracts and procedures; hot to define agent and broker fiduciary responsibilities to protect consumers; how agents and brokers manage their listings to help consumers complete real estate transactions. Increasing knowledge and understanding these issues will assist agents to raise the bar in terms of customer service, conflict resolution and risk management.
