Course Description:
Answering the question of “How to do a comparative market analysis” isn’t easy, but it is answerable.
Have you ever tried looking for comparable sales where no exact matches exist? A comparative market analysis is a lot like a giant jigsaw puzzle. Each piece represents a different market element you need to consider in determining the value of a property. This course will offer agents a thorough understanding of how to better estimate the value of a property in our market. You will learn about pricing strategy, features to consider, adjustments, and how to the examine the competition. You will be able to take the information learned and make your sellers’ list prices more accurate, and your buyers’ offers more competitive.

The goal of this course is to provide real estate professionals with the information needed to build their repeat and referral business by building trust in customers, clients and fellow agents. Agents will learn how to work leads to generate more leads, transition from passively accepting occasional referrals to a pro-active referral mind set, and make the connection between their “brand” and referral success. Participants will walk away with practical and applicable information that they can immediately begin to implement in their business model
