Update Regarding Four Rivers Property Tours
After thoughtful discussion and review, the Four Rivers Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors has voted to discontinue association-hosted property tours effective April 1, 2026.
We appreciate the participation and support of members who have attended and hosted tours over the years. At this time, the Association will be focusing resources on other programs and initiatives that support member education, advocacy, and professional development.
Thank you for your continued engagement and involvement with Four Rivers.
There are currently 3 Property Tours in the area.
New Braunfels Property Tour: (In-Person)

Tour dates: Every other Wednesday from 9-11 am
Starting location: Association HQ - 936 Gruene Rd, New Braunfels

San Marcos Property Tour: (In-Person)

Starting location: First home on the tour according to the email.
Please add your listing to Matrix under "Caravans" in "Quick Modify" on the "Input" section.
Seguin Property Tour: (In-Person)
Contact: Jeanene Weidman -
Tour dates: Every Thursday of each month, 9 AM
Starting location: 1467 E Court St, Seguin
