Importantly, this day aims to increase your awareness of your role and your broker's, and how the two work together and support one another. It examines the fiduciary duties required of agency and how they relate to both buyer and seller representation. And, it discusses intermediary relationships and the rules that apply.

Go to Matrix.ctxmls.com

Enter your User ID and Password                         

From Home page, go to the Input tab and click on Input

Under Listings, go to the “Quick Modify” section and enter your MLS # and edit

In Select Form you will go to Open Houses

You will enter the date of the tour you want your home on.

Time will be from 9:00 to 11:00 am.

Active status is “yes”

Under Open House Type, it is very IMPORTANT to make sure you pick “CARAVAN”  (This is the only way we can find it to enter your property on the tour).

Under Comments, please put which tour (New Braunfels, San Marcos or Seguin) you want it on and any other additional comments you’d like.

REALTOR® Day at the Texas Capitol Opening Session *Virtual

REALTOR®️ Day at the Texas Capitol is a cornerstone event in the association’s advocacy efforts. This event is usually held in person during the legislative session; however, Texas REALTORS®️ is adapting this year’s event by hosting virtual meetings with members of the 87th Texas Legislature in March and April.
The 2021 legislative session looks different than years past, and the need for REALTORS®️ to advocate for Texas real estate is greater than ever.
