Course Description:

The GRI designation is a powerful tool to attract and build new business. You'll increase your skill level across the entire landscape of real estate with in-depth training in legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards, and the sales process. Additionally, this day examines the ethics complaint and enforcement processes established and implemented by the Texas Association of REALTORS. Further, this section reviews case studies that assess actions and violations in everyday situations. The aim is for students to leave with a deeper understanding of the guidelines they work within.
