Use the form below to request updates to your personal contact information, office or brokerage information, or a change in office or broker affiliation.

This form is for Four Rivers Association of REALTORS® members and Central Texas MLS subscribers who receive services through Four Rivers Association of REALTORS®.

Please complete all required fields and the section(s) that apply to your request. If additional documentation or payment is required, staff will contact you.

    Important Before You Submit

  • Submit requests within 30 days of the change.
  • Licensed name changes must first be updated with TREC before Four Rivers can complete the change.
  • Office/Brokerage Information Updates may only be submitted by the Designated Broker/Responsible Member.
  • A $35 processing fee applies for an Office Transfer (Different Broker).
  • If listings need to be transferred, a Transfer of Listings Form signed by both brokers is also required.
  • If your new broker is not yet a Four Rivers AOR member and/or a Central Texas MLS subscriber, your transfer cannot be completed until the office is properly established.
