The GRI designation is a powerful tool to attract and build new business. You'll increase your skill level across the entire landscape of real estate with in-depth training in legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards, and the sales process. In this 30-hour section - GRI: Contracts to Closing Topics will include lending essentials, residential contracts, appraisals, surveys, negotiations, fair housing, and diversity.

Caravan Home Tour Instructions

Go to Matrix.ctxmls.com

Enter your User ID and Password

From Home page, go to the Input tab and click on Input

Under Listings, go to the “Quick Modify” section and enter your MLS # and edit

In Select Form you will go to Open Houses.

You will enter the date of the tour you want your home on.

Time will be from 9:00 am to 11:00 am.

Active status is “YES”

Under Open House Type, it is very IMPORTANT to make sure you pick “CARAVAN” (This is the only way we can find it to enter your property on the tour).

Under Comments, please put which tour (New Braunfels, San Marcos or Seguin) you want it on and any other additional comments you’d like.

Did you know that as a license holder you have legal requirements and regulations for engaging in the real estate business? Perhaps you also belong to a trade association connected to the real estate business that has a code of conduct and you see that as a requirement for engaging in the business. There is more to your requirements than a trade associa­tion expectations. It is every license holder’s responsibility to know and operate under the current laws applicable to their license. The course covers the requirements Texas law places upon all license holders regard­ ing ethical conduct when facilitating a real estate transaction.

This Real Estate Platting 101 class will provide a base understanding of the unique process involved in the formal planning and development of real estate. Each course offering is custom-built using local experts with unique localized knowledge of the community, environment, leadership, planning & zoning, working with the necessary municipalities, regulations, etc. This course will provide specialized training designed to help ensure attendees walk away with a solid understanding of real estate platting.
