This course will help agents set up settings to reflect your information in the Onehome program. Course will also go over the in and outs of the displays and features this program has to offer to your clients to ensure you and your clients have the best home buying transaction experience.

Our weekly staff meetings are now held every Monday 

from 8:30 am to 9:30 am, and during that time we have our 

Lobby Doors Closed and Phones Paused for 1 hr. 

We will open our doors and start returning all calls at 9:30 am, once the meeting concludes.

This course provides valuable insights into educating potential buyers regarding the current market conditions and trends, the transaction process and expectations, and value-added services provided by the agent. Participants will also learn how to implement key components of a defined Success Process that helps agents and brokers guide buyers effectively throughout the real estate journey. We will delve into the significance of the Buyer Representation Agreement and participants will understand the terms, obligations, and benefits of a properly written agreement. Best practices and presentation skills will be emphasized so that participants learn how to convey information clearly, engage buyers, and build trust. In summary, this course equips real estate professionals with essential knowledge, practical skills, and ethical practices necessary for successful buyer representation.

Enter your User ID and Password

From Home page, go to the Input tab and click on Input

Under Listings, go to the “Quick Modify” section and enter your MLS # and edit

In Select Form you will go to Open Houses.

You will enter the date of the tour you want your home on.

Time will be from 9:00 am to 11:00 am.

Active status is “YES”

Under Open House Type, it is very IMPORTANT to make sure you pick “CARAVAN” (This is the only way we can find it to enter your property on the tour).

Under Comments, please put which tour (New Braunfels, San Marcos or Seguin) you want it on and any other additional comments you’d like.

This course covers the history and structure of TREC, explains important sections of TRELA and the violations and potential disciplinary actions. The differences between each of the six contracts are briefly addressed then the important paragraphs of the 1-4 Family Residential contract are covered in detail. The most commonly used addenda are explained as well as the Seller’s Disclosure Notice and related liabilities for the seller and license holder.
