Working in the real estate industry involves understanding yourself as well as others. This course was designed to dissect all the major paragraphs within the 1-4 contract. By taken a closer look at common errors and introducing the two new addendum and their use. Additionally, learning the new update to the Mandatory Membership in a Property Owner’s Association Addendum and when to use the General Information to Buyers and sellers Notice. Completing this course, license hold will learn when to use 1-4 family contract, meaning and use of each paragraph, and how to properly fill out the form.

The San Marcos Property tours on the 2nd Tuesday of the month. Please add your listings to Matrix. Instructions are below.

Under Open House Type, it is very IMPORTANT to make sure you pick “CARAVAN” (This is the only way we can find it to enter your property on the tour).

Under Comments, please put which tour (New Braunfels, San Marcos or Seguin) you want it on and any other additional comments you’d like.
