Course Description:
This course is designed to prepare students for entry into the commercial real estate field by exposing them to the fundamentals of commercial real estate leasing, property development, and appraisal valuation methods. Students in this course will develop a comprehensive understanding of the CMA process and the various due diligence elements associated with representing commercial clients.
Our weekly staff meetings are now held every Monday
from 8:30 am to 9:30 am, and during that time we have our
Lobby Doors Closed and Phones Paused for 1 hr.
We will open our doors and start returning all calls at 9:30 am, once the meeting concludes.

Course description |
The course is designed for commercial and residential agents to obtain an understanding of the outlook of the real estate industry using blockchain, crypto, and NFT digital currencies. The participants will gain insight into how commercial and residential real estate transactions could be affected by these new digital currencies. Will blockchain replace title companies and what is the difference between title data and blockchain data on real estate transactions? Must agents embrace this modern technology to stay relevant in the industry? The effects of crypto and commercial real estate will be discussed - will it be a win-win for commercial sellers.
Blockchain, crypto, NFT technology, and terminology will be presented in the class. How to set up a digital wallet for the purchase of and sale of cryptocurrency through a recognized exchange. What is a passphrase and how do I protect my passphrase in this modern technology? Now I have cryptocurrency, what type of products/real estate can I purchase with it? How to convert the crypto back to dollars. Is there anything I cannot purchase with cryptocurrency including certain types of real estate?

Course description |
The real estate license holder will gain knowledge and understanding on the types of termites in Texas as well as common treatment methods. The real estate license holder will also learn and re-learn sections of the Texas Official Wood Destroying Insect Report (WDIR); the associated inspection that is used during real estate transactions.

Course description |
Participants will learn how to use the DIY graphic design platform, Canva, to maximize their marketing efforts by designing awesome social media posts and other marketing pieces, such as just listed/just sold postcards and newsletters. Demonstrations’ on how to use the platform will assist the non-designer on how to utilize the service to create their own impressive real estate marketing content.
