Course Description: This course will introduce REALTORS® to FHA and provide an overview of the FHA lending process. It will help REALTORS® understand FHA’s role and function in the homebuying process, and discuss how to best serve clients who are FHA eligible. The course addresses the history of FHA, regulations, guidelines, and products, as well as market conditions. FHA works in concert with HUD to meet housing needs in the community.

Course description |
This three-hour contract class focuses on the importance of paperwork. When real estate contracts, addenda, and notices are completed thoroughly it can help if you are sued. Course covers the need for an abundance of documents and why you should use them consistently. Will also address common mistakes in the One to Four Family Residential Contract and cover what documents can help keep you out of trouble.

Enter your User ID and Password
From Home page, go to the Input tab and click on Input
Under Listings, go to the “Quick Modify” section and enter your MLS # and edit
In Select Form you will go to Open Houses
You will enter the date of the tour you want your home on.
Time will be from 9:00 to 11:00 am.
Active status is “yes”
Under Open House Type, it is very IMPORTANT to make sure you pick “CARAVAN” (This is the only way we can find it to enter your property on the tour).
Under Comments, please put which tour (New Braunfels, San Marcos or Seguin) you want it on and any other additional comments you’d like.
