Course description |
This course reviews the most widely used TREC and TAR forms needed to conduct real estate transactions. Included are various sales contracts and a wide range of addendum. This course teaches the proper use and completion of these forms and provides a comprehensive view of the types of contracts available for use in real estate transactions. It will also cover how to handle updates and changes to contract forms, along with other related documents and addenda.
This purpose of this course is to familiarize the real estate license holder with the most current and commonly used forms in a residential real estate transaction. Will learn to understand and use the proper form(s) for different real estate transactions so that they effectively serve their client. The course intent is to provide insight on the importance of using correct form(s) to ensure a successful transaction for the agent and client.

Caravan Home Tour Instructions
Go to Matrix.ctxmls.com
Enter your User ID and Password
From Home page, go to the Input tab and click on Input
Under Listings, go to the “Quick Modify” section and enter your MLS # and edit
In Select Form you will go to Open Houses
You will enter the date of the tour you want your home on.
Time will be from 9:00 to 11:00 am.
Active status is “yes”
Under Open House Type, it is very IMPORTANT to make sure you pick “CARAVAN” (This is the only way we can find it to enter your property on the tour).
Under Comments, please put which tour (New Braunfels, San Marcos or Seguin) you want it on and any other additional comments you’d like.

Course description |
Advertising can attract attention and clients, but if you’re not careful, it can also bring you something you don’t desire. Real estate advertising rules seem to be violated more than any other and are the source of many complaints to TREC. This course provides an overview of advertising do’s and don’ts to keep real estate agents compliant with advertising standards of the Real Estate License Act (RELA), TREC and the NAR Code of Ethics. Course also covers applicable federal laws and regulations to help agents stay out of trouble.
Sales agents will learn what is considered an advertisement and what is considered deceptive and misleading. This course will review the guidelines for complying with the advertising rules set forth in the Real Estate License Act, the TREC advertising rules, and Article 12 of the Code of Ethics. Will also learn the proper way to advertise using team names and assumed names.

Originally homeowners were left to their own discretion as far as preparing for home showings. Though they could occasionally rely on an agent for instructions, more often than not real estate agents were just as perplexed at working out the details as the homeowner. Home staging is not a new term, but for many homeowners and real estate agents the concept of professional home staging is shedding new light on how to promote a home in the real estate marketplace.

Course Description:
This 2-day interactive experience will help negotiators elevate their game. The course examines all types of negotiation formats and methods so that today’s negotiators can play the game to win. A full spectrum of tips, tools, techniques and advantages will be provided so that negotiators can provide effective results for their client. The second day of the course focuses on real-world field scenarios to help negotiators apply the power tools, techniques and tactics learned on the first day. Understanding the tactics and techniques is one thing, but learning how to recognize them being done and using them effectively requires practice. These field scenarios provide the foundational experience and practice negotiators need to master so they can effectively advocate for their clients.
