Course Description:

The buyer services day is dedicated to working with buyers and facilitating the homebuying process for the buyer. It examines prospecting and phone opportunity. It further discusses creating and managing buyer expectations, and successfully selecting and showing properties. At the point the buyer chooses a home, it addresses working through the negotiation process, and managing requests and objections, as well as property inspections. It covers finance as it relates to the buyer, as well relocation buyers.

The affordable-housing buyer is a growing market in today’s industry. Knowing the special circumstances of these clients and how to best promote yourself in this market is critical. This course will introduce REALTORS® to FHA and provide an overview of the FHA lending process. It will help REALTORS® understand FHA’s role and function in the homebuying process, and discuss how to best serve clients who are FHA eligible. The course addresses the history of FHA, regulations, guidelines, and products, as well as market conditions. FHA works in concert with HUD to meet housing needs in the community.

Caravan Home Tour Instructions

Go to Matrix.ctxmls.com

Enter your User ID and Password                         

From Home page, go to the Input tab and click on Input

Under Listings, go to the “Quick Modify” section and enter your MLS # and edit

In Select Form you will go to Open Houses

You will enter the date of the tour you want your home on.

Time will be from 9:00 to 11:00 am.

Active status is “yes”

Under Open House Type, it is very IMPORTANT to make sure you pick “CARAVAN”  (This is the only way we can find it to enter your property on the tour).

Under Comments, please put which tour (New Braunfels, San Marcos or Seguin) you want it on and any other additional comments you’d like.
