Every year agents spend millions of dollars on lead generation tools with little or no return. In this course, agents will learn to use two uncommon sources to generate leads: FSBO and Expired listings. By learning to tap into these niche pockets of the real estate market, agents can stabilize and grow their real estate business.

This course will continue to reinforce the importance of understanding and knowing how to complete TREC's promulgated contracts and selected addenda. The course takes the licensee briefly through the fundamentals of contracts and concludes with in-depth discussion of all the contract paragraphs. As an integral part of the course, the licensee will also be introduced to selected addenda and notices provided by TREC, the Texas Association of Realtors®, and Austin Board of Realtors®. Significant time will be spent in "Q and A" and "Best Practices". Upon completion of the course, the licensee will have a more thorough knowledge of the course content and be able to better meet their responsibilities to clients and customers.

This course provides the real estate licensee with real estate market research and valuation tools that are now easily accessible for the REALTOR® from the RPR Mobile™ app. The course reviews how Realtors Property Resource ® tools can help real estate buyers and sellers make informed decisions, combined with the local market expertise from their REALTOR® to benefit clients and customers before, during, and after the real estate transaction.
As we’ll see throughout this course, the factor that distinguishes RPR® from other real estate websites is the integration of current, localized MLS active and off-market data, in addition to a wealth of property data from numerous sources located in a single database, and offering relevant and meaningful reports that gives REALTORS® the tools to help their clients and customers make informed real estate decisions-even in challenging markets.
RPR Mobile™ allows your agents to access RPR® via their phones, while leveraging key features of their mobile devices to identify property data, record notes and photos while previewing properties and to give them the tools they need while on the go. This course will review the easy navigation of the RPR Mobile™ app that allows the REALTOR® to research and generate reports to customers and clients from anywhere and anytime.

The course covers how Realtors Property Resource™ tools help real estate buyers and sellers make informed decisions, as well learn the pros and cons of automated valuation models (AVM); how they obtain and calculate data.
This course will educate real estate licensees about real estate market research and valuation tools and how these tools help real estate buyers and sellers make informed decisions. It will also teach the licensee how to combine their specific expertise in RPR tools to benefit clients and customers before, during, and after the real estate transaction.

Course description |
This course will focus on understanding the real estate agent’s role during the closing process and how to best assist their client. It will also discuss things that can happen between the time the offer is written and time of closing. Topics of discussion include title insurance theory and practice, how to read a title commitment, how to read a HUD-1 and what documents their clients sign at closing. It will also show the importance of building quality business relationships title companies.
The license holders’ will learn to ask the right closing questions to help buyers and sellers through the closing process with confidence by allowing clients to be the decision makers. Learn to implement proven best practices for successfully closing more transactions by properly preparing clients each step of the way during the home buying process.

Enter your User ID and Password
From Home page, go to the Input tab and click on Input
Under Listings, go to the “Quick Modify” section and enter your MLS # and edit
In Select Form you will go to Open Houses
You will enter the date of the tour you want your home on.
Time will be from 9:00 to 11:00 am.
Active status is “yes”
Under Open House Type, it is very IMPORTANT to make sure you pick “CARAVAN” (This is the only way we can find it to enter your property on the tour).
Under Comments, please put which tour (New Braunfels, San Marcos or Seguin) you want it on and any other additional comments you’d like.
