Agents will learn strategies to help them recognize and develop soluti ons for transaction challenges that might include property location\, miti gation for environmental hazards\, liquidation of on-site physical assets\ , community context\, long-distance parties to the transaction\, and fundi ng sources.

License holders will gain valuable insights by learning about the con sequences of decisions made in the various steps of a complex transaction and develop creative problem-solving for a number of complicating factors that might occur while assembling a commercial deal. How to overcome chall enges as the deal develops and evaluate the success or failure of solution s.
