\nThe objective of this course is to examine the viability and benefits of performing sewer camer a inspections as part of a TREC Residential Inspection. The goal is to pro vide real estate agents with a greater understanding of the changes govern ing who is allowed to perform sewer camera inspections\, how sewer cameras inspections are performed\, and best practices for utilizing the informat ion provided through a sewer camera inspection during contract and/or opti on period negotiations.
