This course will introduce the real estate professional to a variety of programs and resources to help more people realize the dream of homeownership. It will provide the information needed to help their clients with low-cost financing, down payment assistance and a host of other options to make housing more affordable and available to all buyers. The course will focus on programs offered by the Texas State Affordable Housing Corporation (TSAHC). The knowledge gained can open additional markets to the real estate professional or help to better serve existing markets.

Course description |
A contingency is a provision in a real estate contract that specifies the contract would cease to exist upon the occurrence of a certain event. This course will familiarize the agent with the various situations that have contingencies, not just the sale of other properties forms and notices. During this course, we also look at the contract and view the various outs and contingencies that should be satisfied to get to closing.
