• Enter your User ID and Password
\n• From Home page\, go to the Input tab and click on Input
\n• Under Listings\, go to t he 'Quick Modify' section and enter your MLS # and edit
\n• You will enter the date of the tour you want your home on.
\n• Ti me will be from 9:00 to 11:00 am.
\n• Active status is 'y es'
\n• Under Open House Type\, it is very IMPORTANT to m ake sure you pick 'CARAVAN' (This is the only way we can find it to enter your property on the tour).
\n• Under Comments\, please p ut which tour (New Braunfels or Seguin) you want it on and any other addit ional comments you'd like.

Agents will be able to recognize physical property issues affecting habitability of residential rentals and be able to assess if the property may fail IPMC inspection. Upon completion of the class attendees will be able to recogn ize IPMC violations which are the basis for local building code enforcemen t.

First an in depth presentation of m aterial on the Fair Housing Act\, American with Disabilities Act\, and sim ilar Texas laws and their impact on residential leasing and property manag ement will be covered. Also the class will prepare attendees on how to han dle natural disasters and develop a plan to handle these emergencies. Fina lly\, the course will cover how to identify and handle personal safety ris ks while performing leasing and property management duties whether at the office or in the field.
