This course offers a comprehensive examination of the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) promulgated contract, Texas Realtors® representation agreements and forms, and the proper execution of related documents in real estate transactions. Through detailed analysis of sales contracts, addenda, amendments, disclosures, and required notices, participants will gain clarity on the intent, correct usage, and recent updates to each form.
