\nEnter your User ID and Password
\nFrom Home p age\, go to the Input tab and click on Input
\nUnder Listings\, go to the “Quick Modify” section and en ter your MLS # and edit
\nIn Select Form you will go to Open Houses
\nYou will enter the date of the tour you want your home on.
\nTime will be from 9:00 to 11:0 0 am.
\nActive status is “yes ”
\nUnder Open House Type\, i t is very \;IMPORTANT \;to make sure you pick “CA RAVAN” \;(This is the only way we can find it to enter your property o n the tour).
\nUnder Comments \, please put which tour (New Braunfels\, San Marcos or Seguin) you want i t on and any other additional comments you’d like.

This course wil l cover topics related to the Declarations page\, insurance policy definit ions\, property covered and not covered under policy\; extension of covera ges\, and how claims are handled. The license holder will gain an overview of homeowner’s insurance allowing them to help clients understand key ele ments of their coverage and how it fits into the transaction. Also\, how h omeowner’s insurance differs from private mortgage insurance or home warra nty programs.
