It is an informative class that will address some of the required forms\, issues\, and concerns often found in selling coast al properties. With this knowledge\, practitioners will be able to assist consumers and provide resources for the many unique issues noted in coasta l communities. Relevancy: This course equips real estate professionals wit h an overview of the knowledge and skills needed to navigate the Texas coa stal market while discussing compliance with TREC 531.4 and the benefits o f referring clients to area market experts.
