Working in the real estate industry involves understanding yourself as well as others. Course will cover key principles on how to manage life as a real estate professional through goal setting and developing the drive and focus to pursue and achieve those goals. In turn, participants will learn to set realistic and motivational rewards for their accomplishments, overcome stumbling blocks to set themselves apart from their peers. Agents and brokers alike will benefit from this training as they learn to apply their time, talent, and resources to increase productivity, simplify their life, and develop a proper balance between the professional and the personal.
Course description: This course reviews the most widely used TREC and TAR forms needed to conduct real estate transactions. Included are various sales contracts and a wide range of addendum. This course teaches the proper use and completion of these forms and provides a comprehensive view of the types of contracts available for use in real estate transactions. It will also cover how to handle updates and changes to contract forms, along with other related documents and addenda. The intent of tis course is to provide insight on the importance of using correct form(s) to ensure a successful transaction for the agent and client. |
