Fall 2023 Billing CTXMLS/SUPRA (October 2023 – March 2024) Invoice Date: August 14 Due Date: September 18
*Invoices sent by email from the address of raven@fourriversrealtors.com! Please check your spam or junk mail folders. You are responsible for paying the invoice on time whether or not it went to your spam or junk mail.
If payment is not received by the due date:
MLS Dues Billing: $25 late fee will apply for all dues paid after the due date listed above; staff does not have the authority to waive late fees.
If reapplying within six months of inactivity (MLS/SUPRA):
If reapplying before six months of inactivity, the member will pay prorated MLS dues based on the month they are reactivating, and the member will be charged the $25 late fee and $50 reconnect fee if no notification was given to FRAR in writing regarding dropping MLS services; if notification was given to FRAR regarding dropping MLS then only a $25 reactivation fee plus prorated dues will be charged.
If reapplying after six months of inactivity (MLS):
Change of Office fee (if changing brokers) $35.00
Cash, Checks to FRAR and Credit Cards Accepted

Course description |
This course aims to focus on the importance and history of the Federal Fair Housing Act and its application in today's real estate environment. We will discuss how the Department of Housing and Urban Development enforces the Federal Fair Housing Act as well as review the most common discriminatory practices like service and assistive animals and how to best handle a reasonable accommodation request. We will also examine examples of Federal Fair Housing complaints and discuss Federal Fair Housing initiatives and resources.
