Enter your User ID and Password
From Home page, go to the Input tab and click on Input
Under Listings, go to the “Quick Modify” section and enter your MLS # and edit
In Select Form you will go to Open Houses
You will enter the date of the tour you want your home on.
Time will be from 9:00 to 11:00 am.
Active status is “yes”
Under Open House Type, it is very IMPORTANT to make sure you pick “CARAVAN” (This is the only way we can find it to enter your property on the tour).
Under Comments, please put which tour (New Braunfels, San Marcos or Seguin) you want it on and any other additional comments you’d like.

 Course description  | 
Homeowners insurance (HOI) is a form of property insurance that covers losses and damage to an individuals house, to assets in the home, and liability coverage against accidents in the home or on the property. This course will cover topics related to the Declarations page, insurance policy definitions, property covered and not covered under policy; extension of coverages, and how claims are handled. The license holder will gain an overview of homeowner’s insurance allowing them to help clients understand key elements of their coverage and how it fits into the transaction. Also, how homeowner’s insurance differs from private mortgage insurance or home warranty programs.

Every rental property needs repairs and maintenance. If you are a property manager mastering the art of managing maintenance is a key function of the job. Managing expectations, controlling costs, building relationships with vendors are all key components. Managing maintenance requires the property manager to balance the competing needs both the tenants and landlords. A review of the Texas Property Code requirements will also be included.

 Course description  | 
The 89th Texas Legislature addressed several important issues affecting real estate statewide. Related legislation has been signed into law, including SB 2349 (effective Sept, 1, 2025) and SB 1968 (effective Jan. 1, 2026). These bills directly impact consumers and licensees. This course is designed to address these changes to the Texas Real Estate Licensing Act and bring awareness to licensees who are the boots on the ground working with buyers and sellers in a dynamic and changing real estate environment.

 Course description  | 
This course covers the history and structure of TREC, explains important sections of TRELA and the violations and potential disciplinary actions. The differences between each of the six contracts are briefly addressed then the important paragraphs of the 1-4 Family Residential contract are covered in detail. The most commonly used addenda are explained as well as the Seller’s Disclosure Notice and related liabilities for the seller and license holder.
