MLS Dues Billing: $25 late fee will apply for all dues pa id after the due date listed above\; staff does not have the authority to waive late fees.

SUPRA eKEY and Matrix MLS access will be suspended until payment is received. If no payment is received after 30 days\, active stat us listings will be moved into the broker’s name or\, if the broker\, temp off market. When access is reactivated\, member is responsibl e for moving these listings back in to their inventory.

If reapplying within six months of inactivit y (MLS/SUPRA):
If reapplying before six months of ina ctivity\, the member will pay prorated MLS dues based on the month they ar e reactivating\, and the member will be charged the $25 late fee and $50 r econnect fee if no notification was given to FRA R in writing regarding dropping MLS services\; if notification was given t o FRAR regarding dropping MLS then only a $25 reactivation fee plus prorat ed dues will be charged.
