real estate professionalism and the Code Enforcement that is relevant to
every real estate professional on a daily basis. This course explains the
enforcement process and the duties agents have to their clients\, customer
s and public as well as other real estate agents. Upon completion of the c
ourse the real estate licensee will understand how to distinguish between
G/C\, P/S and BOD role in the Professional Standards process\; differentia
te between Mediation and Arbitration and discuss advantages of the Ombudsm
an Program.
