This course will cover three distinct sections that contain information to those in the field of reside ntial property management and leasing. First an in depth presentation of m aterial on the Fair Housing Act\, American with Disabilities Act\, and sim ilar Texas laws and their impact on residential leasing and property manag ement will be covered. Also the class will prepare attendees on how to han dle natural disasters and develop a plan to handle these emergencies. Fina lly\, the course will cover how to identify and handle personal safety ris ks while performing leasing and property management duties whether at the office or in the field.
