Students will be able to distinguish and understand the broke r's role and discover the different types of commercial properties\, terms \, valuation methods\, marketing and resources for further education. Stud ents will learn about Commercial contracts\; the duties of those professio nals who assist in commercial transactions\; key differences between comme rcial and residential real estate\; the types of commercial real estate an d commercial transactions along with resources provided by NAR's Commercia l Department and its affiliates.

This is an ideal introductory course for those w ho are newly licensed and/or residential agents who want to learn more abo ut commercial real estate.
