 able to explain to someone how subdivisions are recorded. Instructors will
  show how to apply the historical background information about the general
  land office to their practice. Also covered are negotiations\, including 
 identifying and applying the styles and principles of negotiation\, conduc
 ting effective negotiations\, managing multiparty negotiations\, and ident
