Course Description:
This class by Reba Saxon will help agents understand and explain lending advantages and disadvantages, general
financial terms in the contract, loan processes, and closing costs to clients. Agents will increase negotiation skills
beyond the basics to encompass multiple offers and presentations, backup offers and contingencies.
