Course Description:
This class by Ginger Unger will educate residential agents and novice investors how to develop a strategy to enter the commercial real estate arena. Participants will gain knowledge on how to gain clients and skills required to be successful in the commercial world of real estate transactions. Marketing and education requirements will be discussed to jump start agents into a career in commercial real estate.
